Amazing Workout for BJJ and Combat Sports

This looks like an awesome workout for BJJ. It mixes kettlebells and bodyweight exercises, done in interval training style. 30 seconds of work, 20 different drills. I'm quite stoked to give it a try as part of my conditioning routine. Check out the link from youtube below:
