BJJ Conditioning Tips: Cardio

In between workout programs? Short on time? Need a cardio boost on your off-BJJ days? Want to burn some fat off those abs? 

Check out this one.

It's called Insanity Fast and Furious Workout, by Shaun T. The whole workout is on around 20 minutes long, but man! It is seriously challenging!

You wont need any equipment, but you may like to have some padding on the floor as there are lots of jumps, running on the spot, jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, explosive power jumps, pushups, sprinting etc (you get the picture!). These are all done in rapid fire pace - intense interval training at its best!

There used to be a follow along video on youtube, but that has been taken down (unfortunately).
