Inspiring BJJ Rolling Sessions!

Just came across a great video uploaded by Roy Dean on youtube.

It is called "Pure Rolling". It shows Roy and a few of his bad ass purple belt students rolling (sparring) against each other (hence the title of the video).

It is very well produced (filmed by Stuart Cooper), and the rolls are really eye-opening and interesting to watch. There's over 2 hours of footage (!) and Roy Dean gives a commentary on every roll, helpfully explaining the many fine details and nuances of the techniques being executed by the participants.

He even slows down some of the sequences so that you can clearly see the execution of a sweep or submission, or even a slick positional transition. Just awesome!

All followers of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu should watch the video and be inspired. I know I was! Go watch it and learn!
