GET RID OF YOUR LOVE HANDLES!

This is probably one of the most asked questions by guys... How do I get rid of my love handles QUICKLY???

The problem

Well, it will never be easy when you begin. You have to start to take steps such as - cutting back on your caloric intake. This means throwing out foods such as cookies, potato chips, sugary soda drinks, and other refined flour food. Also no more high glycaemic food! We tend to munch on these things without realizing it... 

Instead, amp up your lean protein intake. This will help control hunger and maintain lean body mass (as you lose body fat). 

What about working out?

Do some cardio, such as jogging or brisk walking, and combine those with high intensity interval training, coupled with weight training sessions. Do this at least 3 days a week for 6-8 weeks and you should be able to burn through some of your fat stores and start to lose the bulge around your waist.

The GOAL

Here's a HIIT workout if you have a kettlebell:

Swing/pushup combo

Superset - Do 10 kettlebell swings and then hop down and immediately do 10 quality pushups. Repeat this combo for as many rounds as you can in 5 minutes. You can ramp it up to 8 minutes once you get the hang of it. Simple, but super effective!
