Lovato Jr the BJJ Submission Hunter

Always loved watching Rafael Lovato Jr's matches as he always goes for the finish rather than try to hang out and stall for points.

He plays a very straightforward pressure game, sticking with pressure passing and then crushing top control, usually ending the match with a collar choke or kimura. I prefer this to the crazy spinning inverted berimbolo type games that are prevalent in the BJJ world these days.

Check out Lovato's video below which shows his finishing and submission prowess.

  5. That is why, you often hear players or coaches shouting to their charges to 'throw it down the line'. Young players love the direct route to goal and very often that means playing through the middle. bestsportsgearhub.com

  8. The first and most important aspect of boxing to learn is the boxing punch technique. Proper punches are among the most important beginner boxing tips. There are three basic punches that all boxing beginners should learn first. These are known as the jab, the cross, and the hook. More advanced punches include overhands, uppercuts, and body shots.
