Workout of the day: Kettlebell Cardio

Bored of doing the usual cardio workouts such as stationary biking or running endlessly on an treadmill? 

Try switching things up by using some resistance into your cardio. Use a kettlebell!

If you are a beginner, you should use maybe a 12kg kettlebell. If you are advanced, use a 16kg kettlebell. For ladies, you can try using a 10kg kettlebell, unless you are super strong!

I love this workout for the cardio days which are in between my heavy lifting days. You can do this kettlebell cardio workout twice a week.

The workout runs for about 30 minutes and is a killer! Really great to burn fat, increase your fitness for your sports (particularly combat sports like BJJ, MMA or judo), and build up your endurance. Also, it's not as boring as running! Check out the workout video below:
